Born on March 18, 1971, in Thenkurissi, Palakkad, she is the daughter of Shri Kuttiraman and Smt. Kunchi. Shanthakumari completed her Bachelor of Arts and LLB degrees, which laid the foundation for her career as an advocate and political leader. Known for her active role in party activities, she serves as District President of the All India Democratic Women’s Association (AIDWA) and State Vice President, alongside serving multiple terms in the Palakkad District Panchayat.
