From 1984 to 2007, Rajendra Bharti served as the Chairman of the Agricultural Rural Development Bank in Datia, playing a crucial role in the economic development of the region. Additionally, he held the esteemed position of Vice-Chairman of the State Cooperative Agricultural Development Bank for five years.
