Motilal Pancham Prasad is an Indian politician currently serving as a Member of the Bihar Legislative Assembly (MLA) from the Riga constituency in Sitamarhi district, Bihar. He represents the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and is a second-term legislator, having first been elected in 2010 and re-elected in 2020.
