Birendra Ganga Gupta

Birendra Prasad Gupta is an Indian politician currently serving as the Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) from the Sikta constituency in West Champaran district, Bihar. He represents the Communist Party of India (Marxist–Leninist) Liberation [CPI(M–L)L]. Gupta was elected in the 2020 Bihar Legislative Assembly election, defeating the incumbent Janata Dal (United) candidate. Known for his focus on grassroots development, social work, and advocating farmer welfare, he plays an active role in local governance and community empowerment. Gupta has also contested the 2014 Lok Sabha elections from Valmiki Nagar, reflecting his wider political engagement in Bihar.
