Arjun Panditrao Khotkar is a senior Indian political leader currently serving as a Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) from Jalna constituency, Jalna district, Maharashtra. He represents the Shiv Sena (Shinde faction) and was re-elected in the 2024 Maharashtra Legislative Assembly elections, marking his fifth term as MLA. Khotkar has held several significant positions, including Minister of State for Textile, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development, and Fisheries (2016–2019), and is presently the Chairman of the Estimates Committee in the Maharashtra Assembly. Known for his extensive experience in development work and social initiatives in Marathwada, he is respected locally as “Khotkar Saheb.” His leadership focuses on farmer welfare, rural development, and transparent governance, making him a prominent Shiv Sena leader in Maharashtra politics
